The Cabbage Soup Diet offers fast weight loss, but it is completely lacking in nutrition, flavor and variety. You’ll consume mostly soups of cabbage, onion, celery, carrots, tomatoes and mushrooms. This diet deprives your body of essential nutrients and has been correlated to difficulty concentrating, feeling light-headed and weak.
Interestingly, no person or organization seems to want to claim responsibility for inventing the cabbage soup diet! So there isn’t an “official” version, but various cabbage diet plans based around eating copious quantities of cabbage soup, and very little else.
The diet is a quick way to weight loss and most proponents advise that it only be followed for a week.
• 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
• 6 Stalks Celery
•1 Large Onion – Chopped
•1 head big green cabbage
•2 green peppers
•4 cups of water
•1 teaspoon of olive oil

Method of prepare cabbage soup diet :
1.Cut the vegetables ;
2.Can salute the vegetables a little in a frying pan first. Add a little salt and pepper for flavor ;
3.Mix everything in a large pot, and add enough water to cover everything.
4.Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down, and simmer until the veggies are soft.
The diet needs to be followed exactly.The idea is to eat as much cabbage soup as you like every day – enough to keep you full up. Plus specific additional foods on each day of the seven day diet. No alcohol is allowed and other drinks are limited to water, and unsweetened fruit juice on days when fruit is allowed.
Eat Cabbage soup plus as much fruit as you like, excluding bananas. You can drink unsweetened teas, cranberry juice and water.
Eat cabbage soup plus vegetables including , raw or cooked vegetables that you want.
Eat cabbage soup plus fruit and vegetables excluding potatoes and bananas .
Eat cabbage soup plus up to eight bananas and as much skimmed milk .
Eat cabbage soup plus up to 20 ounces of beef and up to six fresh tomatoes. You should also drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water in order to flush out the uric acid within your body.
Eat all of the beef and vegetables you want, as well as at least one bowl of the cabbage soup.
Eat as much brown rice, vegetables and unsweetened fruit juices as you want, as well as at least one bowl of the cabbages.
The ingredients of the cabbage soup, in themselves, are mostly healthy. Overall the cabbage diet is deficient in protein, carbohydrate and essential fats.
