Effective Methods to Reduce Tired Eyes

It is  common to have tired eyes at the end of a long day, after many hours of concentration during which you must keep your eyes open.

Staring at a computer, reading, scanning, watching — whatever your eyes do is a workout for the eye and eyelid muscles.There are exercises for tired eyes that will give you a boost in energy and enough oomph to carry on with your day.


1.Eyes are meant to be moved. Muscles can atrophy if they aren’t exercised, and the same goes for your eyes. If you spend your day staring at a computer screen, your focus is concentrated in one area. Eye specialists suggest taking a small break every hour to flex those eye muscles. Raise your hand till it’s about 6 inches from your nose, and fix your eyes on your thumb. Inhale and exhale deeply and slowly, then turn your attention to an object 10 feet away. Repeat this near/far movement 15 times.

2.Rub your hands each other until  become hot and then cover  eyes with them .Repeat  this movement a few times and you will feel refreshed .
